Introduction: Recently faced a situation where users were added in office and also assigned licenses. However of the 4 users only 1 showed up as part of Enabled Users in CRM. Solution: The Users do not sync immediately. We need to wait for 24 to 48hrs for users to sync. In case that does not work, we can raise Support ticket and MS Support will run sync from backend.
